I-495 HOT Lanes~
There's a glimmer of hope for getting a higher sound barrier adjacent to our property. Here's the latest correspondence between your board and Virginia's Secretary of Transportation on that topic.
Parking Hangtags
Each car parked on the association property must have a hangtag , the previously issued green stickers are no longer valid. All visitors must first visit the Front Desk to register their car to receive their temporary parking pass. Hangtags and temporary passes should be visible in the front of your car, preferrably around your rear-view mirror. ALL CARS WITHOUT RENAISSANCE HANGTAGS ARE SUBJECT TO 24 HOUR TOWING.
Disposal of Bulk Items Do not dispose of any household items in the loading dock area. Please understand that our trash contract does not include large bulk items. As of April 19, we have two new cameras in the loading dock area that are watching you and you will be charged per item that is abandoned. If you are a tenant moving out, your elevator deposit will be held or we will charge the owner of the unit. Don't risk it! We will review the cameras each time an item is left in this area. Not only will you be fined $50 by the association, but you will be charged the disposal fee as well.
